Palm Garden Hotel, Pattaya

I have to be honest, my stay at this hotel was a rollercoaster of experiences. The rooms smelled damp, the bathroom was all mouldy, the shower was tiny, and the air conditioning was a nightmare. However, the price was cheap and the room had enough storage space. The lingering smoke smell was a massive downside even with fresh linen.

The hotel had its ups and downs during my stay in Pattaya. Despite the damp-smelling rooms with moldy shower areas and non-functional air conditioning in the initial room I was assigned, the spacious and basic rooms in the end were a relief. The service, although efficient and helpful overall, had some hiccups with room changes. The location near Dolphin roundabout was convenient, striking a balance between accessibility and avoiding noisy areas. Dining options were fair, with affordable rates for room and breakfast deals.

The hotel had some serious issues with the rooms, making the stay uncomfortable, despite the relatively low price. The location was convenient but needed improvements due to ongoing construction works. The service was lacking proficiency in English but managed to assist with some travel arrangements.

The hotel rooms are basic, small, and old, making for an uncomfortable stay. The service accused my friends of theft but was otherwise friendly and helpful. The location offers easy access to shopping and the beach but is away from the noisy areas. The dining options are limited and can quickly become repetitive.
